Women’s Center
NEBAF Inc. has set in motion the establishment of “Ambia Ismail House and Center for Women” at a newly acquired home in Lowell, MA.
NEBAF Inc. has envisioned that this shelter home would be a safe, secure, and comfortable transitional place for women who are in distress. This place will allow house residents a poised and peaceful transitional safeguard with various resources including but not limited to resources for proper career plans, assistance with MA housing applications, and help towards a long-term sustainable living.
We gathered for our planning meeting with the board of directors in the summer and had multiple fundraising events. We are committed to having continued fundraising events in the coming days to ensure support for our women's Center.
